"I join the Government and the people of the Federated States of Micronesia in extending sincere greetings and warm congratulations to the Government and the people of the United States in the celebration of the Two Hundred and Thirty-Seventh Anniversary of the United States of America on Thursday July 4, 2013 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the US Embassy Compound in Nett.

Indeed Americans all over the world have much to remember and celebrate on this special day. In wishing you a successful and joyous celebration, I am reminded of the unique and special relationship that exists between our two countries and would like to assure you of my strong desire to maintain and further strengthen it in the years to come.

My best wishes for your good health and the well-being and prosperity of the people and Government of the United States of America. Please accept Your Excellency, the assurance of my highest consideration."
